Overview

We will see what we have in this page general

  1. AliExpress Sync button: This button is to manually sync orders to update Tracking number.
  2. Bulk place orders button: This button is to fulfill multiple orders at once.
    • You can select multiple orders/order items to fulfill
    • It uses AliExpress API to retrieve data, so you need to configure Access token properly in Update settings tab.
    • Only accepts unaccented Latin characters in shipping address
  3. Search order field: Help you search orders by order ID or other key words like customer name
  4. To order section: This section displays all orders containing dropshipping products (products imported by ALD) that have not yet been fulfilled
  5. All orders section: This section displays all orders containing dropshipping products (products imported by ALD) – both fulfilled and unfulfilled

 

Details in each order

Both To order and All orders sections display similar data.

  1. Order in WooCommerce: Click to go the order editing page.
  2. Check the checkbox to select orders/order items. This is for the “Bulk place order” button
  3. Item detail: Includes product title, variation/attribute, SKU. Click the product title to be redirected to the AliExpress product page
  4. Income: This is WooCommerce order details. The associated value in the bottom row is what your customer pays you for their WooCommerce order
    1. Subtotal: Price of this item on WooCommerce, multiplied with quantity already; or the subtotal of this WooCommerce order
    2. Shipping: Shipping cost of this WooCommerce order
  5. Cost: This is AliExpress order details. The Total cost is what you have to pay for this order on AliExpress. Details are as follows:
    • Item price: Price of this item on AliExpress.
    • Quantity: Number of of the order item. This value is multiplied with Item price, then calculate the AliExpress subtotal by adding final value in each row
    • Shipping: AliExpress shipping option.
  6. Ali order: This includes information where you can find your AliExpress order and track it.
    • Ali Order ID: Each AliExpress order has an ID. It is a unique number assigned for tracking and managing it. It’s used for monitoring fulfillment status, contacting customer support, or record-keeping for both buyers and sellers.
    • Tracking number: It is a unique code assigned to this package that allows you to monitor its shipping progress. It’s used to check the delivery status, estimate arrival times, and confirm that the package has been delivered. Both buyers and sellers use the tracking number to keep track of where the package is during transit.
  7. AliExpress Sync: Click on this button to manually sync the order information (Order ID and tracking number) of the orders fulfilled through Chrome Extension when the order information is updated from AliExpress to WooCommerce.

 

What you can do with orders in Ali Orders

Order by AliExpress API 

Step 1: Go to the update tab.

Step 2: Add you Auto update key, you can click on the Get key button or follow this guide to get the auto update key.

Step 3: Save & Check key.

Step 4: Go to the Fulfill tab.

Step 5: Click on the “Get Access Token” button. Note: Only Get new access token if your current access token is expired or invalid.

Then go to Ali Orders section to fulfill orders by Aliexpress API.

 

Order with Extension.

Step 1: Make sure your site has been connected with the plugin’s extension. You can follow this link on how to connect plugin extension: By Secret key or by WooCommerce Rest API.

Step 2: Click on the Order with Extension button to in the Ali Orders section. Or you can go to Order admin in WooCommerce to fulfill order by this way.
