The syncing feature retrieves the tracking number from AliExpress and updates your WooCommerce order once available.
Manually sync through Chrome Extension
To manually sync the order information of the orders fulfilled through Chrome Extension when the order information is updated from AliExpress to WooCommerce, click on the Aliexpress sync button located on some places:

Automatically sync using API
- Required: You need to have both Auto update key and Access Token in place. Expired ones make the syncing result incorrect. See this documentation for details.

View the API order sync log
Only order synchronization via API is recorded in the log file. The log will tell you whether the tracking number of an order is available and retrieved or not. Check it inside the Log page.
