Using chrome extension
Required: Chrome extension connected and login to your AliExpress account
On Ali Orders page
- See this tutorial video.
- Go to Dashboard >> Dropship & Fulfill >> Ali Orders
- Find the order you want to fulfill under “To order” – Orders listed in this section have a status that matches the ones selected under the “Show action” option in the Fulfill Settings tab >> Click “Order with Extension“
Inside Orders dashboard
- See this tutorial video
- Go to Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Orders
- Find the order you want to fulfill >> Click “To Order” – This button is available for orders which have a status that matches the ones selected under the “Show action” option in the Fulfill Settings tab
- Orders which were placed on AiExpress has “Processing” button
Using API
Required:
- Valid Auto update key and Access token (AliExpress API) in place. See this documentation
- Delivery address in Latin characters
Bulk place orders
- See this tutorial video
- Go to Dashboard >> Dropship & Fulfill >> Ali Orders
- Find the order you want to fulfill under “To order” >> Check the checkbox >> Click “Bulk place orders“
Auto fulfill
When a new order is placed on your site using one of the selected payment methods and its status matches the chosen statuses, the order will be automatically placed on AliExpress. Both conditions—payment method and order status – must be met simultaneously.
