The tabs shown depend on the product type and available details on Temu (e.g., variable or simple product). Below are detailed explanations of the tabs and their settings:

Product

  • Product title:  Name of the product
  • SKU: Product SKU or ID of Temu product
  • Product status: Temu product status on WooCommerce store: Public, Pending or Draft.
  • Catalog visibility: Select type of product visibility: Shop and search results; Shop only; Search result only

You can customize product descriptions before importing to WooCommerce store.

Specifications: This tab will appear if you enable the “Import specifications” option in the Products settings.

Attributes – Customize Temu product attributes

In this page, you can:

  • Edit attribute name and attribute terms before importing.
  • Remove an attribute using the red “Remove this attribute” button in the Action column

If remove attributes, you will be asked to set a default value for this attribute.

Variations – Customize Temu product variations.

  • Number of variations of the products – Each variation has their attribute terms associated in the (5) columns. By default all those variations are checked to be imported, uncheck the checkbox of any specific variations you want to exclude before importing.
  • Product variation images. WooCommerce products can have an image for each variation. You can uncheck the variation image checkbox if you want that variation to not have the image. You can’t change the variation image in this Import List – the image is pulled from Temu. But you can change it in the product edit page after importing.
  • Default variation: WooCommerce variable product has option to set one default variation in the product edit page >> Product data >> Variations >> Default Form Values (Choose a default form value if you want a certain variation already selected when a user visits the product page).
  • Sku: Sku of variations.
  • Attributes: Hover over the attribute name in the top of the column and you’ll see a dropdown of its all terms. Select specific term(s) and it’ll show only variations which has this selected term(s). Reselect the term to deselect it.
  • Cost: Temu product original price
  • Sale price: Prices in this column will be imported to WooCommerce product variation sale price as set up in the pricing rules in the Product Price settings. However, they can be edited here, price set up here will override the global pricing rule in the Product Price settings.
  • Regular price:  Same as Sale price column, but prices in this column will be imported to variation regular price.
  • Inventory: Display number of variations in stock.
  • Split product by attributes: If you split product by attribute (any attribute), each term of that attribute will become a new single product, along with other attribute. E.g. in the image above, the Size attribute has 5 values – S; M; L; XL; XXL – each attribute value becomes an individual product.
  • Split product by variations: With this option, you’ll make the selected variation(s) another single product – The initial product loses your selected variation(s) and the new one has them. Choose the variation(s) you want to make the new product by checking their checkboxes in the first column.

Gallery

In this page, you can select product images, including:

  • Product image (Featured image): You can select only one featured image for each product. Hover over the image, you’ll see a grey star on the top left corner of the image, click that star to make the image featured image. Selected image will have the orange star and borders indicating it’s the product featured image
  • Product gallery: You can select any and as many images as you like for the product image gallery. Simply click the image you want, there will be green borders around the image and a small tick in the top left corner of that image letting you know that it will be imported to the product gallery.
  • Product variation image:  You can set the variations up in the Variations page, but here in this Gallery page, you can bulk set variation images.
    • To bulk set images, you choose the variation(s) you want by selecting the checkbox linked to each variation listed in the first column of the Variation page
    • After selecting the variations, back to the Gallery page, hover over the image you target, you’ll see a small circle next to the tick mark. That’s the “Set image for selected variation(s)” option. Click it to bulk set variation image.

The Product Price settings page allows you to configure exchange rates and pricing rules for imported Temu products, ensuring accurate pricing in your WooCommerce store.

  1. Exchange rates: Since Temu operates in multiple currencies, you need to set exchange rates to convert product prices to your WooCommerce store currency.
    • Exchange rate API: Choose an exchange rate provider. Some providers may not support all currencies – unsupported ones will either stay unchanged or trigger an error. If “Custom” is selected, you can define rates manually via the tmds_get_currency_exchange_rates hook.
    • Update rate automatically: Enable automatic exchange rate updates
      • Update rate every: Define how often rates are updated (in days)
      • Update rate every: Set the exact time for updates (hour, minute, second)
    • Temu currency and exchange rate table:
      • Select the Temu currency and enter its conversion rate to your store’s currency.
      • Adjust decimals
      • Add more currencies using the green plus button to add exchange rates for additional currencies
      • Update rates individually or in bulk

    • Change product status to Private
    • Trash product
  6. If a variation is no longer available: Defines how the plugin handles individual variations (such as size or color) that are no longer available on Temu. You can choose to
    • Do nothing
    • Disable
    • Set variation out-of-stock

Settings – Warehouse address

  1. Enable: Enables or disables the use of a custom warehouse address. When enabled, the plugin can use your specified address instead of the customer’s shipping address during the fulfillment process on Temu.
    • None: Disables the feature. The plugin will always use the customer’s original shipping address for Temu orders
    • Always: The plugin will always use the warehouse address defined in this settings tab as the fulfillment address, regardless of the customer’s shipping address
    • If the order’s shipping country is not within the regions supported by Temu: Use your warehouse address only if the customer’s delivery country is not supported by Temu.
  2. Country / Region: Select your warehouse’s region from a dropdown list. Based on your selection, the input fields below (such as street address, city, postal code, etc.) will adjust to match the format and requirements for that country or region

Settings – Fulfill

Manage how order information from WooCommerce is prepared and matched for successful order placement on Temu during the fulfillment process.

Note:

  • The country or region selected on Temu must exactly match the shipping address used during fulfillment. Mismatched countries can cause checkout failures
  • The language on the Temu website must be set to English before beginning the fulfillment process.
  • If an order includes products from multiple regions, Temu may not allow all products to be purchased in a single transaction. You will need to create separate orders and fulfill products from each region individually.

  1. Show action: This setting controls when the fulfillment action buttons are displayed, for which orders. You can specify one or more order statuses (e.g., “Processing”, “On hold”) to limit when these buttons appear. And leave this field empty to display fulfillment actions for all order statuses.
  2. Match the address fields: Available when Warehouse Address is “If the order’s shipping country is not within the regions supported by Temu” or “None”.  This setting ensures the customer’s WooCommerce shipping address is correctly mapped to Temu’s checkout form, which can differ by country.
    • Choose one or more countries from the dropdown list. For each selected country, an accordion section will appear.
    • Inside each section, you can map specific fields from WooCommerce to Temu’s checkout fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Street, Region, Postal Code).

This is necessary because Temu’s checkout fields change depending on the country. Some fields in Temu require selecting from predefined dropdown options (such as states or provinces). In those cases, the matching WooCommerce field should contain values that correspond exactly to Temu’s expected options.

  • You can use FEWC to add or customize WooCommerce checkout fields if the default fields do not meet your mapping needs.
  • For advanced customization, developers can use the following filter: villatheme_tmds_get_fulfillment_customer_info

Fulfill orders

Important notes:

  • Products must be fulfilled from the same region they were imported from. Before fulfilling, make sure Temu is set to that region.
  • If an order contains products from multiple regions, fulfill them separately by region.
  • Always fulfill orders with Language = English.

Fulfilling an order means completing the process after a customer buys a product. In dropshipping, this usually involves:

  1. Customer places an order in your WooCommerce store and pays you.
  2. You forward the order to your supplier (manually or automatically via plugin).
  3. Supplier processes the order → they pick, pack, and ship the product directly to your customer.

The plugin makes this easier by filling in the customer’s delivery address for you, and you don’t have to type it manually

There’re 2 ways to fulfill an order:

  1. Fulfill with your Warehouse Address
    • Go to the Warehouse Address settings tab.
    • Enable “Always” and configure the settings for your selected Country/Region.
    • In the Fulfill Settings tab, choose the order statuses that will display the Fulfill button.
    • Fulfill orders directly from the Temu Orders page using the extension button.
  2. Fulfill with the Customer’s Address
    • In the Warehouse settings tab, select “None” or “If the order’s shipping country is not within the regions supported by Temu”
    • In this case, the warehouse address will only be used when the customer’s shipping address is not supported by Temu.
    • In the Fulfill Settings tab, select the order statuses that should show the Fulfill button.
    • Map the address fields under the Fulfill tab – Match the address fields – to pull the customer’s order details correctly.

Import reviews

Step 1: Enable the Import review feature and configure its settings.

Step 2: Import a product – the reviews will appear under the Reviews tab in the Import List.

Compatibility with WooCommerce Photo Reviews plugin: If a review includes an image, it will be displayed once the WooCommerce Photo Reviews plugin is enabled. These images are stored in the review’s metadata as URLs, allowing you to use all image-related features provided by WooCommerce Photo Reviews.

Override products

Step 1: Find and copy URL/ID of an alternative product on Temu that you want to override by this product.

Step 2: In the Imported page, find the product to override and click on Override button.
