Go to Dashboard >> Knowledge Base >> All Knowledge Base

The All Knowledge Base page provides an overview of all the available Knowledge Base articles. This page helps you manage and maintain your Knowledge Base effectively by providing easy access to all your content in one place.

  • Filter Knowledge Base by date or by KB Categories (Click the category name under the KB Categories column to view those articles)
  • Bulk edit/remove Knowledge Base articles
  • Search specific article using the search field
  • Click a KB title to go to the KB edit page
  • Add new Knowledge Base
