Control whether affiliates can promote all products or only selected ones. Go to the General settings tab and toggle the “Restrict affiliate” option
- Enabled: Affiliates must promote a product before it can be tracked as an affiliate item. These shared products will appear in the “Restrict Products” section under My Account >> Affiliate >> Product Dashboard.
- Disabled: Affiliates are allowed to promote any product from the store without restrictions.
Related Options (also under General setting tab – available when Restrict affiliate is enabled):
- Restrict time countdown (date): Set a time limit (in days) for how long a product remains eligible for promotion after being shared. Enter 0 to disable the countdown.
- Display restrict time : Show the expiration date or remaining time for each restricted product on the affiliate’s Product Dashboard under their account.
