This a powerful tool to reward or motivate affiliates in a more flexible, targeted way.
- Direct Gift: Manually send a reward to any affiliate, regardless of their rank. Use this to offer one-time bonuses, appreciation gifts, or special incentives. No conditions required. Just pick the affiliate and send the gift.
- Rank Reward: Manually assign a reward to affiliates – but it can only be claimed by affiliates who match the specified rank. Great for rewarding performance or unlocking exclusive perks.
Step 1: Go to Dashboard >> AFFI – Affiliate >> Offers. This dashboard displays all existing offers
- Offer name
- Affiliate users who the offer is applied to
- Offer type: Rank Reward or Direct
- Status: Sent or Wait
- Created date: When the offer was created
Step 2: Add new offer. Click “New Offer”
- Status: Shows if the promotional offer is waiting to be sent or if it has already been sent to affiliates.
- Apply to affiliates: Determines which specific affiliates will receive or be eligible for this offer.
- Type: Defines the nature of the reward – Direct gift (send bonuses to selected affiliates) or Rank reward (send bonuses to selected affiliates but only one whose rank matches the required receives)
- Rank to Achieve: Appears when ‘Type’ is ‘Rank Reward’. This specifies the affiliate rank that an affiliate must hold to qualify for and receive this reward.
- Amount ($): This is the monetary value or reward that affiliates will receive from the offer.
- Description: A short explanation of the offer, detailing what it is and its benefits for the affiliate.
Step 3: Click “Add Offer”. Now the offer appears under the Offers dashboard as “Wait”
Step 4: Click “Send Offer” to deliver the gift to your affiliates
