Messages

The Messages settings page allows you to customize the various messages displayed to users during form submission, attachment uploads, thank you responses, and error handling. These messages ensure clear communication and guidance for users interacting with your support system.

 

Form submit

Customize the messages shown to users when they submit forms.

  1. Message Submit Form Error: Message displayed when there is a general error in form submission.
  2. Message Submit Form Error Nonce: Message shown when there is a nonce validation error during form submission.
  3. Message Message Accept Terms: Message prompting users to accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Message Validation Error: Message displayed when there is a validation error in the form.
  5. Message Subject Required: Message indicating that the subject field is empty and the customer must fill in value for it.
  6. Message Invalid Email: Message shown when the email entered is invalid.
  7. Message Invalid Required: Message displayed when a required field is not filled out correctly.
  8. Message Invalid Date: Message indicating that the date entered is invalid.
  9. Message Invalid Number: Message shown when the number entered is invalid.

 

Attachments

Set the messages related to file attachments in support forms.

  1. Message Upload File Type Invalid: Message displayed when the uploaded file type is invalid or not supported.
  2. Message Upload Failed: Message shown when the file upload fails.
  3. Message Upload Max File: Message indicating that the maximum number of files has been reached.
  4. Message Upload File Too Large: Message displayed when the uploaded file size exceeds the allowed limit.

 

Thank you

Customize the thank you message shown to users after successfully submitting a form.

  1. Message Thank You: Message displayed to thank users for their ticket submission after they successfully submit.

 

404

Set the message displayed when a user encounters a 404 error.

  1. Message 404: Message shown when a requested page is not found.
