Go to Dashboard >> Happy >> Settings >> General

Configure basic settings for your helpdesk system, including User login form, ticket/reply pagination and ticket status for specific action.

Use login:

  1. User login: Set up the page or form where customers can log in
    • Default: This form is HAPPY’s.
    • WP Login: Redirects customers to the WordPress login form.
    • Custom: Enter a custom URL for a login page. Customers will be redirected to this page to log in.

Tickets: This is the Ticket Pagination settings – Configure how tickets and replies are displayed

  1. List ticket per page: Specify how many tickets to show per page in the ticket list.
  2. List replies per page: Specify how many replies to show per page within a single ticket.

Ticket status: Set the status for each ticket action:

  1. After Ticket Created: Status to assign when a ticket is created.
  2. After Customer Reply: Status to assign when a customer replies.
  3. After Supporter Reply: Status to assign when a supporter replies.
  4. Close Ticket Status: Status to assign when a ticket is closed.
