Coupzy – Coupon Box is a WooCommerce and WordPress email subscription plugin that helps you collect emails from your visitors. Don’t waste your traffic—email marketing is an old-but-gold marketing channel. Coupzy helps you turn traffic into email subscribers by displaying a subscribe pop-up to new visitors, offering discount coupons, and automatically sending coupon codes to subscribed email addresses. You can manage subscribed email addresses directly inside the WooCommerce settings page or sync them with your preferred email marketing platforms via API.

DISPLAY COUPON BOX POP-UP

A popup will appear when users visit your site, offering a discount when they subscribe in the coupon box.

  • Pop-up trigger: Choose to display the pop-up after a selected delay, when customers scroll, or when they are about to leave your site (exit-intent trigger).
  • Minimize the bar: If customers skip the pop-up, you can hide it or minimize it into a top bar or floating button on your page. (Note: Due to UI restrictions, this feature is not available in mobile mode).
  • Subscribe Reminder time: Schedule a time for the pop-up to reappear if a user skips it.
  • Display only on Homepage: Restrict the pop-up display strictly to your homepage.
  • Conditional tags: Configure specific pages where the coupon box will appear using WordPress conditional tags.
  • Multilanguage coupon box: Fully compatible with WPML and Polylang to display coupon boxes in your customer’s native language.

GENERATE AND SEND COUPON

Coupzy automatically sends discount coupons to subscribers. You can choose to send existing coupons or generate unique ones on the fly.

  • Generate unique coupon: Generates a unique WooCommerce coupon code for each subscriber and sends it directly to their email. Customize coupon type, amount, prefix, and WooCommerce usage limits.
  • Existing coupons: Select a pre-created WooCommerce coupon to send to subscribers. You can restrict usage strictly to the subscriber’s email address.
  • Custom: Send custom static promotional codes to subscribers.
  • Do not use coupons: Allow visitors to subscribe without offering a coupon.

  • ReCaptcha v2: Displays the “I’m not a robot” checkbox to validate human users.
  • ReCaptcha v3: Verifies legitimate interactions via a background JavaScript score API without disturbing the user experience.

SEND COUPON EMAIL

Configure and automate customized follow-up emails sent to your new subscribers.

  • Email content: Customize email headings, subject lines, and body content.
  • Shortcodes: Use built-in dynamic shortcodes:
    • {coupon_value} – Value of the coupon (percentage or fixed amount)
    • {coupon_code} – Generated coupon code
    • {date_expires} – Expiration date of the coupon
    • {last_valid_date} – Final valid date for the discount
    • {site_title} – Name of your website
    • {shop_now} – Call-to-action button
  • Shop Now button: Fully customizable button driving subscribers directly to your shop.

EMAIL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

All collected subscriber data is managed conveniently under WooCommerce settings.

  • Export emails: Export subscriber lists to Excel filtered by date or campaign.
  • List subscribed emails: View complete subscriber records directly within WooCommerce settings (includes email address, subscribe time, campaign name, assigned coupon, and platform sync status).
  • Email Campaigns: Segment and organize email lists effectively.
