Important notes:
- Products must be fulfilled from the same region they were imported from. Before fulfilling, make sure Temu is set to that region.
- If an order contains products from multiple regions, fulfill them separately by region.
- Always fulfill orders with Language = English.
Fulfilling an order means completing the process after a customer buys a product. In dropshipping, this usually involves:
- Customer places an order in your WooCommerce store and pays you.
- You forward the order to your supplier (manually or automatically via plugin).
- Supplier processes the order → they pick, pack, and ship the product directly to your customer.
The plugin makes this easier by filling in the customer’s delivery address for you, and you don’t have to type it manually
There’re 2 ways to fulfill an order:
- Fulfill with your Warehouse Address
- Go to the Warehouse Address settings tab.
- Enable “Always” and configure the settings for your selected Country/Region.
- In the Fulfill Settings tab, choose the order statuses that will display the Fulfill button.
- Fulfill orders directly from the Temu Orders page using the extension button.
- Fulfill with the Customer’s Address
- In the Warehouse settings tab, select “None” or “If the order’s shipping country is not within the regions supported by Temu”
- In this case, the warehouse address will only be used when the customer’s shipping address is not supported by Temu.
- In the Fulfill Settings tab, select the order statuses that should show the Fulfill button.
- Map the address fields under the Fulfill tab – Match the address fields – to pull the customer’s order details correctly.
